Reading Windows

Hi i have deleted my emails completely from my pc i am using msn hotmail and there is certain emails which i really need to get back any software or info on retrieving them back from this

I have looked at that thread and it doesnt seen to help the software the other guy put in recovery something i tried that and found the emails i tried to open them with notepad and word pad and still comes up giberish
