Have you picked a job yet? I wish all the best! I've been thinking of looking for a new job as well. I'd like to get a job which would allow me to be a developer instead of what I do now and that is work my ass off dreaming about getting a job doing what I love... I wish you all the best!!!!

Sp what exactly does hinder you to reach that goal? You could well try to apply for other jobs whilest still working in your current job..
