Hello Zen! I'm great, can't complain. I'm a bit tired though, working all the time and getting little sleep. I just wrapped up 5 days of doing IT work for the Presidential Transition. DC was a mad house yesterday, geesh. The funny thing is all those people flocked to DC because they love Obama and they greeted him by trashing the f*****g place. Trash everywhere, city looks like shit (at least it did last night).

Other than that everything is pretty much the same around these parts.

That's how we show are happiness, and what a great time that we are having, we the people, by trashing the place. I mean, after the LA Lakers win the series, we have riots, and car burnings.
It might be trashed, but as long as no one was murdered, I'd say a good time was probably had by all.

IT for the presidential election machinery. Hmmm, well that sounds interesting, as far as IT stuff goes. I'm sure the job was boring enough, but you have the distinction of working near the presidential inauguration...you can make people believe it's exciting.

Actually the work wasn't for the election or the inauguration. This was work strictly for the Presidential Records Act. Archiving data so it can be sent to the National Archives. I believe it's all public record and can be looked at by any John Q. Public if they desire.

Man I just dusted off my NETALIVE account...Wow its been a grip, a minute, a lifetime, momma gonna whoop yo butt gone too long.
After I signed in and looked around the familiar corners, the memories came flooding into my immediate thoughts.
