Reading What Rules

I dont know how it is for you all, but since I know just a few of you in person I created a kinda picture of everyone before my eyes when I write a post and talk to a specific person. Of course its connected to the avatars everybody's using, but most of it is made just by the feel I got from previous posts I read of that particular person.

Usually it happened while thinking about Frank I had an impression of a Rambo-like guy, with bullet belts crossing on his chests, black strips painted under his eyes, carrying a huge gun and waving a huge banner, half american flag, half Open-Source-Logo, ready to shoot everything that moves (absolutely no offence meant, Frank).

Lately this impression changed drastically! Frank's picture morphed into one of a loving family man, who changed the gun with nappies, a happy guy who's enjoying life to its extends, one who's happy being alive and enjoying every ray of sunlight he can get. Funny enough it was just Frank who kept quiet and calm during the last battle trying in vain to calm us down. Sorry for not listening to you as you deserved and thanks for trying anyway! And all the best of luck for your coming events, we're all with you!

And maybe I can learn something from you being a little more relaxed and trying to see the positive side of things. If thats the effect of giving life to a child...well, maybe I have to think about my attitude on that topic as well!

HA! Dont think so! Besides the fact I feel much too old meanwhile to be a Daddy (though still feeling immature to take the resposibility), it obviously takes two to decide for it. And since the one I could imagine being the mother of my child does not want me...well...seems like it still might take a little while.

Funny, I always imagined Frank as some slim white guy, occasionally tinkering with the computer and now and then donning the green. I attributed the things that probably gave you the rambo image as sep.11+army sentiment.
