Re: 17 today

well ... no matter, i'll gratulate you, anyway ;)

my sis is going to get 17 next monday, too, btw. :D

17 is not as bad as 22, so no matter you cannot vote and so on, you still aren't always treated like shit/some VERY mature old man. i was treated this way since I was 12 or so, cause i _LOOKED_ like i was 16 or 17... and now, when I'm 22, they think i was 29.

yeah, can feel it right there - already having my third theeth *mumble mumble* - were's my walking stick? cannot go outside without my walking stick! *raaah* X(

damn the outer sights. damn that idiotic system. :-/

naah... GET IT BURNED! viva la revolozzione! :D

Maybe you meant "viva la rivoluzione"? I'm sorry, but I really can't stand to see Italian language treated like that :D

Gee .. fuck it :)

just stay with 'Es lebe die Revolution' :)

on the other hand maybe we should start a new thread (or better: a new forum!) just for writing down 'Es lebe die Revolution' in as many languages as possible.
next thread would be the native speakers correcting speling errors.

Re: 17 today

Happy birthday! It's not so bad to be 17.

As my dad once told me, 17-year-old girls are wasted on 17-year-old boys. Not that I would know as I am still 16.
(Yes, I know that you are a 17-year-old girl but I still like the quote. And I suppose that many women might consider 17-year-old boys "wasted" on the likes of you :)

Oxygenius: I know what you are talking about. People keep assuming I'm in college. Once on a plane flight I was offered a glass of red wine. Also, it is really hard to trick-or-treat with beard growth.

Fallenangel: if you dislike being 17 in the UK because nothing new happens, try turning 16 in the US. You can't have sex or gamble, but you can be executed. Whadda rip.

Oh well, happy birthday, many returns, and try to avoid capital crimes.
