I love it when a storyline is completely turned upside down in the last ten minutes of a movie, so you basically have to queue up (or hit play) again after it ends.
Do you have recommendations for me? I'm not looking for small plot twists in the end, I'm looking for endings that slap me in the face. Please reply if you know of any titles that fit this description. And no spoilers, please!
Fight Club
Don't trust the cover blurb. This movie is huge.
Memento
Arguably the best movie ever done. Great ending. Beginning. Whatever.
The Sixth Sense
You'll have to fight sleep for the first 90 minutes, after which this movie will become immortal for you.
The Usual Suspects
What the director is doing with his viewers here violates a minimum of two rules from the Genava Convention.
Now hand over your list!

To be honest - and that's just my opinion - I've found 6th Sense rather boring. Okay, there were 1 or 2 good scenes, but all in all it just didn't... hmmm, carry me away too much. And hey, you can't just compare 6th Sense and The Others! :-)
When life hands you a lemon, that's 40% of your RDA of vitamin C taken care of.
I have to add one film: Dragonfly (Im Zeichen der Libelle).. It doesn't have such a great and surprising end like "the 6th sense" but it's really worth to watch it. I don't want say too much, but for everyone who likes films as the "6th sense" a good tip.
Every claims for damages by potential disappointed watchers can't be enforced aginst the author...
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who have not got it.
Seven, Unbreakable, Sixth Sense, Usual Suspects, and Primal Fear.
Seven remains at the top of my list, I have seen 'n' number of times, but I still love the ending! I find Unbreakable better then Sixth Sense, and feel that it is the best amongst the 3 movies that Shyamalan has given. It's concept and the ending are too good, though the movie lacks in other departments like a good script!
