Imagine a person close to you, maybe a family member or your loved one, gets shot by someone.
Would it matter if the killer is a friend or a total stranger, a compatriot or a foreigner?
And if this person was a soldier and wouldn't be held responsible and punished for his deeds, because it's war and some governement's got a good reason for it, would it make a difference to you?
To me it wouldn't.
That makes me a sa-a-a-a-a-ad Panda...

It never ceases to amaze me how many ways people can invent as a rationale for killing people. Or to respond to someone else killing people by killing more people.
Maybe I should reexamine what I said here....
