Maybe it's just me, but Kellogg's Honey Loops have been missing painfully from all the stores I use to shop in for quite a while. But today I found a box of these most delicious cereals at the local Kaufland store.
Mmmh... delicous. Tastes like coming home. Yum!

Shall I send you a box?
Oh that would be too nice :-) In recognition of your services, null could finally send you the box of chocolate he prepared (and already ate) :-D No, he says he'd bring it because he's planning to travel to Munich some weekend. Make a wishlist! (Muesli, Lindt, Lola, whatever you want :-)
Lemon Coke has made it to Germany :D
Yeah, I thought so when I saw the advertisement on Pro 7 :-)

Some of the muesli we enjoyed would be great. Unfortunately I forgot about the name. I leave the chocolate selection up to you.
Could you e-mail me the address where the Honey Loops should go to?

Now how's that: no matter what we send, one of us is going to label us a traitor. ;-)
Well the thing is, I've already fixed a packet with pecan nuts and a few kgs of chocolate. I haven't gotten around to sending it yet (thought if we're going to Munich on a weekend trip we might be able to deliver it personally, saving the postage and customs hassle). I think we might be able to add some chocolate muesli without overdrawing our bank account too much. While we're at it, is there anything else you need? Lemon Coke probably isn't so special anymore. :-P

Oh I think you'll be alright then. I believe for her it's all about chocolate, in whatever form.

Pecan nuts and the chocolate will do fine, thank you!
Now, do you know if I can just wrap the Honey Loops in packing paper and send it to you, or will it be all crumbled to dust unless I send it in a steady cardboard box?

Hmm, I really can't tell what the postal guys are going to do to it. Usually they come with like 90% air inside anyway, so I guess there's not much more you can do to protect them. I'd say just send'em - no risk no fun!
And thanks a bunch. :-)

The Honey Loops will be eaten by myself. Me alone. My Honey Loops. Mine. :)
(Just wanted to point that out *g*)
What a fine day today! for tomorrow the weather cast predicts 20 degrees °C Ain't that great? And we have to work :-(
I really feel like returning to Munich with this huge park area (not to mention the shopping stores but first of all I want to enjoy the warm rays of the springly sun :) I hope my allergy won't come, too)
Well, maybe we can meet somewhere...
I'd also enjoy to go to Europa Park with a couple of friends in april or so. Though I won't climb in to this "thing" called Silver Star, I'm sure we'll have a great time.
Sounds like I'm in the mood for travelling :) I'm really looking forward to summer holidays cause me and my honey will finally again have holidays together :) *yuppie*
(Think yourself the travel part into my journal :))

Yeah, going somewhere would be really nice! A city trip seems just like the perfect thing to do when the sun is shining.

Expect pictures of a screaming Orchid being tied to a rollercoaster going at 130km/h!

I just measured the Loops box, but unfortunately two boxes won't fit into one package because they have this 500g-family-pack-bonus-volume tucked on top of them.
BTW, I could buy you four additional Loops boxes if you make that Munich trip as the postage is a whopping T-€ 8,20! I bought packing paper and stamps today but will give you a few more days to consider :)

You get a 500g Honey Loops box for €2?? Damn, we so definitely have to shop at Munich!
As for the second box, it sure would be nice *yum!*, but don't kill yourself for that. I'm sure me and Orchid can share whatever we get in a brotherly manner (=the stronger one gets everything). Thanks for evaluating the possibilities anyway! :-)
Also, thanks for offering accommodation. I'm not yet sure when or for how long we're gonna be around Munich, but in case you and Ettena (other NAOees?) happen to be around it'd sure be nice to have at least a drink or two. Well let's wait and see what happens!

*grrrr* OK, maybe wen can share them? One spoon for you and one spoon for me...? :)

*gnnng* We will see... And I can already see your face getting more and more pale ;)

Should you decide to do the trip, leave us a note a couple of days beforehand so we can arrange accommodation for you... as you know we live a good hour away from Munich now.

That's very kind of you, Jaz. Well, we don't have plans, yet. Maybe we'll just stay for a day... Maybe two. maybe I'm going to book the Waldorf Astoria for a night full of pleasures :D Is there a Waldorf Astoria in Munich??
Ettena, are there any mentionable concerts in april/mai...? Are the Chilis already sold out? Well, nevermind, null wouldn't watch them anyway ;) BTW, are you planning to go to the Southside again?
On a side note: Probably, Martin the friendly neigbour will also join our adventure!

Well there is, but here they're a company producing cigarettes. But fear not, there are lots and lots of expensive hotels.

Placebo, Supergrass, Peter Gabriel, Guano Apes, the Rolling Stones...
Probably, Martin the friendly neigbour will also join our adventure!
Cool! Will he bring one of his delicious coffee tins? :D

Should you make it there, you/we just have to visit Munich's Westpark. It's not quite as large as the English Garden, but it's way more beautiful. We only discovered that great place last summer or so.
There even is an open air cinema there in summer, in a wonderful amphitheatre right next to the park lake. That's just so much fun because everyone brings their own blankets, sleeping bags and food.

I've spotted that chocolate muesli again yesterday and quickly grabbed a bag of it, so I think we now have everything we need for the trip!
Note to myself: call the bank to have the credit cards barred before Orchid starts looking for a hotel.

But you'll need them :) Probably for your buys in Virgin Mega Store ;)
No, don't be afraid, I don't know the code ;)

I just bought you two boxes of Honey Loops. I'm going to deposit them at my parents next Saturday in case you decide to take the trip on a date I cannot meet.
And because you asked null, yes, they were only € 2,04 per family pack (500g). Swiss markets seem to have a double price tag on everything. We really gulped when we went shopping and the cashier wanted a billion franks from us.

Yes, they really steal our money!
Once I bought one of this Diddl-Stuff. Under the Swiss price etiquette you can find the german one (with Euro). So I checked several ones and they always doubled the price! It's a shame.
I don't wonder anymore why this german stuff is that expensive :(

Weeell... Orchid, my humble self and Martin the friendly neighbor are considering next Saturday, 2003-03-29, for a one-day Munich trip with short sightseeing (and maybe a pedalo race). How (in-)convenient would that be for you Germany-based people?
"*sigh* Some men are really hard to manipulate!" - Orchid
Unfortunately me and Ettena are starting a trip through some German cities this week. She is already in Stuttgart at her grandparents where I'm going to join her tomorrow.
We plan to return (to Augsburg) sometime between Friday (our 2nd anniversary) and Saturday so we can't yet tell whether we can make it to Munich on Saturday :/
In any case I deposited the Loop boxes at my parents' house in Ottobrunn so you can pick it up from there.

Well we've got each other's phone numbers. I'll let you know when we're approaching Munich, so you could always send me/us an SMS if you're around and feel like saying hi. :-)
In case you're not there, we'll try to talk your mom/dad/sister into giving us the Honey Loops, and leave the chocolate (and muesli) stuff there.
(our 2nd anniversary)
Congratulations and all the best by the way! :-)
