Some of you might remember what Wonko did. Now giving people the ability to expose my bedroom to ABC's The Look of Love for 24 hours a day seems a little far-reaching, but the geek-value of having a realtime connection from your computer to your homepage is enormous. :-) That, and some massive fit of insomnia, made me create this page. The information is refreshed every 5 seconds as long as my computer is running (check the page's timestamp). More info will be added whenever something interesting comes to my mind.
Source code (Delphi 3) or other features on request. :-)

I've expected a web-cam :) Good it isn't one because otherwise I wouldn't leave the computer anymore :D
So for me as an ungeeky but geek-loving person: Is it correct that we can see what you're doing when you're sitting on the machine? And we can also read the songs you're listening to? Well that's really cool! Is it also connected to the computer at work or just to "Don..." you know...?
Just an idea: How about decorating the site to make it more interesting? It's no need for a pink screen but maybe some daily changing animation/comic/whatever ;)
Question: If activity is "unknown", what does that mean?
You know your project has got a huge disadvantage for you: As soon as I called you and got a refusal (basket??) and surf the web sadly after that, I will see if you really went to bed or keep on sitting on the machine ;) Tststs... Watch out!
PS: What's experiment #2? And #3...?

Aah, like Jos my driving instructor used to say, "little sister is watching you." :-)
I've expected a web-cam :)
No no no no. Don't wanna clog Echelon with pictures of me picking my nose.
Is it correct that we can see what you're doing when you're sitting on the machine?
Yes. At least the stuff I want you to be able to see.
And we can also read the songs you're listening to?
Yup. It has no practical use but was a nice and geeky way to kill time. :-)
Is it also connected to the computer at work or just to "Don..." you know...?
Only at home. (I shouldn't be surf the Web or download MP3's at work anyway.)
Just an idea: How about decorating the site to make it more interesting?
Well this is planned, but first I've been too lazy and afterwards I didnt have the time. Anyway, it works, geek task complete, all the rest is optional. :-)
If activity is "unknown", what does that mean?
Big Brother protection. The spy program has a list of known programs it's allowed to show. When I'm using a program not on this list (i.e. playing Strip Poker) it says "unknown".
I will see if you really went to bed or keep on sitting on the machine
Don't worry, I can just kill the program and nobody's gonna know I'm there.
What's experiment #2? And #3...?
Tapping your computer.
